1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 85bd ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), accessible at https://85bd.vip. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any service offered by 85bd, you confirm unconditional acceptance of these Terms in their current form.

These Terms govern all aspects of your relationship with 85bd, including account registration and management, deposits and withdrawals, bonus eligibility and wagering requirements, participation in games and sports betting markets, use of responsible gaming tools, and any dispute resolution process. 3.4 Account Updates

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 85bd's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
