1. Age Restriction & Verification

3. Deposit & Spending Limits

One of the most effective ways to manage your gambling expenditure is to set a firm deposit limit before you begin a session, rather than after it. 85bd offers three deposit limit timeframes, all denominated in BDT (৳):

• Daily deposit limit: Caps the total amount you can deposit within any rolling 24-hour period.
• Weekly deposit limit: Caps total deposits within any rolling 7-day period.
• Monthly deposit limit: Caps total deposits within any rolling 30-day calendar period.

You can set or adjust your deposit limits at any time through the Responsible Gaming section of your account settings. Reductions take effect immediately — the moment you save a lower limit, it is applied to your next transaction. Increases, by contrast, are subject to a mandatory 48-hour cooling-off period before they become active. This delay is intentional: it gives you time to reconsider whether an increase is genuinely in your interest before it takes effect.

If you reach your deposit limit mid-session, your account will decline any further deposit attempts until the limit period resets. You will be shown a clear notification in your account dashboard indicating when your limit will next reset and what options are available to you, including reducing your limit further or requesting a time-out.

Loss Limits

In addition to deposit limits, 85bd allows you to set a net loss limit — a ceiling on the total amount you are prepared to lose within a given period. Once your net losses reach the limit you have set, your account will be restricted from placing further bets until the limit period expires. Loss limits are available on the same daily, weekly, and monthly timeframes as deposit limits.

Session Duration Reminders

You can configure your account to display an on-screen notification after a set duration of continuous play — for example, after 30 minutes, 1 hour, or 2 hours. These reminders are designed to break the flow of extended sessions and prompt a conscious decision about whether to continue. They do not automatically terminate your session but serve as a regular checkpoint.

4. Time-Out & Cooling-Off

A time-out is a short-term voluntary suspension of your 85bd account. It is designed for players who feel they need a brief, defined break from gambling without committing to a longer self-exclusion period. Time-outs are available in the following durations:

• 24 hours
• 48 hours
• 7 days (1 week)

During a time-out, your account is immediately suspended for all gambling activity and deposits. Pending withdrawals of funds already in your account will continue to be processed normally. You will not receive any promotional emails or bonus notifications during the time-out period.

Time-outs take effect within minutes of your request and cannot be reversed before the selected period expires. This is deliberate — the purpose of a time-out is to create a genuine pause, not a temporary inconvenience that can be bypassed by contacting support. Once the time-out period ends, your account is automatically restored and you may resume playing if you choose to do so.

Unlike a time-out, self-exclusion is not automatically reversible and requires a deliberate reinstatement process after the selected period has elapsed. 85bd takes self-exclusion requests seriously and processes them promptly — typically within one hour of a request being received.

• Log in to your 85bd account

  Access your account via the 85bd Login page using your registered credentials.

• Navigate to Account Settings

  Click on your username or profile icon in the top-right corner, then select "Account Settings" from the dropdown menu.

• Select "Responsible Gaming"

  Inside Account Settings, find the "Responsible Gaming" tab. This section contains all self-management tools including deposit limits, time-outs, and self-exclusion.

• Choose "Self-Exclusion" and select a duration

  Select the self-exclusion option and choose your preferred duration from the available periods. Read the confirmation notice carefully before proceeding.

• Confirm your request

  Confirm the request by entering your account password. Your account will be suspended within one hour. You will receive a confirmation email at your registered address.

• Reinstatement after the exclusion period
